Our Story

Hans and Dick, father and son, shared a love of cycling and wanted to explore Spain by bike. As they cycled through the Spanish countryside, Hans and Dick were struck by the beauty of the nature, including the apple orchards. The lush green trees, heavy with fruit, stretched out for miles in every direction.

It was during this trip, while talking about the Spanish love for ciders, where the idea ignited to make our own cider. Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months. Hans and Dick worked tirelessly to perfect their cider recipe, tasting and adjusting until they were finally satisfied with the result.

As they sipped on their own homemade cider, they knew that their adventure through the cider regions of Spain had led them to something truly special.

Our Products

Our Method

  • Apples are hand-picked from our own apple orchard during the harvesting festival, where family & friends come together to pick apples.
  • Fermentation: We only let the wild yeast develop, for unique and complex cider flavours.
  • The cider ages in stainless steel vessels, to guarantee the highest quality.
  • After 6 months, the cider is bottled while adding a bit of juice, beet root or dates sugar. This adds the carbonation (up to volume 4) – and further sophisticates the tase.
  • The cider is bottled and rests for additional months to further develop the taste.

Making cider is a celebration of the harvest, bringing friends and family together to enjoy the sweet rewards of a day’s work. Cheers to cider-making!
